It depends! If you plan to do the exercises, Authenblissity Reset is similar to a cookbook in terms of size and layout. If you prefer to reference recipes in a physical book, I recommend the print copy. If you prefer to reference recipes online, I recommend the PDF.

The book includes rough estimates for how much time to spend on each section, but you have full permission to adjust the timing. You can modify the exercises or skip them altogether. The act of choosing which exercises to focus on (or straying from the guidelines) is a great way to practice listening to your inner compass.

The PDF book includes more design elements. For example, it’s formatted in landscape orientation so you can keep the book open while you work though the self-reflection exercises. It also includes clickable links for ease of navigation. I also think it’s more aesthetically pleasing!

Overall, it took much more time and effort to create the PDF book compared to the other e-book formats. This is reflected in the price.

You can download the PDF immediately after purchasing the book. Look for the link on the landing page after you complete your purchase.

The Amazon e-book format is suitable if you don’t care about the design elements (e.g., landscape orientation, clickable links, and colour within the book).
